  7. Boil the imli/tamarind + jaggery.
  8. Then strain it.
  9. Take half spoon of ghee on a pan heat it and then add crushed blackpepper + imli+Jaggey mixture.
  10. Give it a boil and the. Let it cool.
  11. Now add all remains ingredients of Katha meetha Paani. I.e – black salt+ roasted jeera / cumin powder+ hing /asafoetida + mint leaves paste + 1litre of chiller water.
  12. Now enjoy the gol gappas.
